About the Work:

As a Director of Network Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading our franchise operations team to ensure the success and growth of our franchise network.

This is a unique opportunity to define strategy, significantly impact our mission, and bring your expertise to not just build one organization but to influence the success of businesses across our network. This is a highly consultative role, partnering with cross-functional leaders, while leading an amazing team to drive owner accountability for improving revenue growth, brand standards execution, and owner operating capabilities.

The Director of Network Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of our franchise system. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive franchisee profitability, compliance with brand standards, and overall brand growth. The Director will work closely with the franchise development directors and franchisees to ensure the successful operation and expansion of the franchise network.

 

Your Impact:

Franchisee Support and Development:

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to franchisees to help them achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to create business plans, set goals, and track performance.

Franchise Network Growth:

  • Identify potential markets for franchise expansion and assist in the development of growth strategies.
  • Evaluate franchisee applications and conduct due diligence in the selection process.

Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor and assess franchisee compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and quality control.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with franchisees to implement necessary changes.

Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze financial reports and key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve franchisee profitability.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure that franchisees adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage franchise agreement renewals and modifications.

Team Leadership:

  •  Build and lead a high-performing franchise operations team.
  •  Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Foster strong relationships with franchisees, regional directors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.

 

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise operations or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of franchise systems, business operations, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute operational plans.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for franchises.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position.  We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company.  Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program.  Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match.  We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees.  Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option.  We offer a generous time off program, mental health benefits, wellness program, and discount program.

$159,300$187,000 USD

Honor is remote friendly! We're hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA, Austin, TX, and Omaha, NE hubs.
