Enterprise Risk at Robinhood is assisting the company’s Audit Committee and Risk Committee of the Company Board with protecting assets, reputation, and sustainability of the organization. Enterprise Risk provides independent, objective, reliable, valued and timely assurance regarding the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls that mitigate current and emerging risks and help strengthen the internal controls ecosystem.
As Model Risk Director you will be responsible for identifying and monitoring risks associated with models being used at Robinhood including a model validation practice.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
