We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Marketing Operations to lead our Marketing optimization initiatives and streamline our go-to-market strategies. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will be pivotal in aligning our marketing, sales, partner, customer success and finance functions to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. An expert in HubSpot administration, the ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize our marketing processes, strategy, and enhance overall performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Create and present actionable reports and dashboards to the executive team to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Improve Marketing Performance: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders to develop strategies, tactics, and optimizations, based on your analysis and insights, that increase efficiency and  maximize revenue potential.
  • HubSpot Administration: Oversee the administration of HubSpot, ensuring effective utilization of the platform for marketing automation, lead management, and reporting. Optimize workflows, campaigns, and processes to drive lead conversion and customer engagement.
  • Planning and Budget Management: Lead strategic planning and manage Marketing budget to optimize investments to meet and exceed team and company goals. Effectively forecast outcomes to ensure goals are met, plan is on track, and adjustments are made as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across marketing, sales, customer success, partner, and finance teams to ensure data and reporting needs are met, provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, and identify/gain alignment on cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness, streamline workflows, and improve the customer journey.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance marketing operations capabilities. Oversee integration of HubSpot with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and collaboration.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related roles, with a focus on B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot administration and marketing automation best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to Haves:

  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing analytics tools; experience with additional platforms is a plus.
