ABOUT THIS ROLE
Orchestra is seeking a Director of Marketing Communications to help drive our integrated strategy across internal and external channels. This role will be instrumental in managing our editorial calendar, shaping our narrative and leading impactful campaigns that build Orchestra’s brand among key stakeholders, including employees, clients, prospects and the investor community. This person will report directly to the Head of Marketing at Orchestra.
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in-office 3 days per week.

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA
Compensation philosophy: Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $150,000-$160,000, plus eligibility for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance.
