We are looking for an experienced marketing automation leader to develop, manage, and optimize robust data-driven programs for our digital team. Reporting to the head of Omnichannel Solutions, you’ll lead the Marketing Automation team working closely with strategy and engineering teams to implement and manage complex email marketing programs. Responsibilities include setting and enforcing standards, informing program strategy and managing program delivery.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Marketing Automation Specialists
  • Developing and managing email marketing programs
  • Implementation of data-driven, multi-stage nurture campaigns
  • Management of data including list hygiene, system integration checks, etc.
  • Analysis and reporting of programs to generate insights 
  • Quality control and end-to-end testing initiatives  
  • Participate and occasionally lead client meetings
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing automation team
 
What it Takes:
  • 8+ years of professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo
  • Mastery of email marketing best practices
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment 
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
  • High proficiency in MS Excel 
  • A team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure
  • Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
 
Bonus Points:
  • Certification or experience in both Marketo and SFMC
  • Experience with SMS programs
  • SQL query experience
