THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

Our Marketing team is dedicated to building strategy and plans to increase brand awareness.

With over forty eight team members, the Marketing team needs to keep growing to satisfy demanding customers. 

 

ROLE: 

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Marketing Director. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you will be involved in tight collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Global Digital teams. You will be responsible for on and offline programs and activities, with a focus on account-based marketing and events, especially our flagship premier customer event.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US 

  • Lead, manage, develop, and inspire a team of 6 Event and Field Marketing Managers
  • Develop multi-channel programs, leveraging a mix of digital and offline tactics, to drive and convert leads at the regional level. 
  • Establish, monitor, and report to the leadership team on pipeline progression and other key KPI’s measuring the return on the region’s marketing programs
  • Lead the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, plans, and programs for the region and its key verticals, in collaboration with the Sales and Global ABM teams.
  • Lead our major premier yearly customer event to elevate the brand and generate high impact on deal win rate and velocity
  • Manage the event team and strategy to further build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Recommend, monitor and manage the AMER team budget, providing clear guidelines to the AMER team members, striving for generating growth, and optimal return on regional spend.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

  •       At least 10 years of experience with a successful track record in a Senior Marketing roles and a multi-channel integrated campaign creation or at least 7 years with Master’s degree
  •     Solid experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing
  •       Digitally-savvy with marketing automation tools and reporting - Hubspot is plus, but not required

 

Soft Skills:

  •       Strong attention to detail
  •       Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  •       Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  •       Excellent team leadership and development skills

The compensation range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: Americas Marketing Director

Range minimum: $127,500

Range maximum: $212,500

Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance. Other compensation factors may also be considered. Ivalua also offers exceptional benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement (with company match), and much more.
