Join Fictiv as Director of Legal Affairs: Drive Legal Strategy in a Dynamic Corporate Environment
The Director of Legal Affairs (Corporate Counsel) leads the Legal team, performs complex legal work for Fictiv, and will involve close association and coordination with senior management. The Director of Legal Affairs is part of the Legal and Finance team and works across all functional departments and Fictiv business units. The Director is the primary person responsible for identifying and managing legal issues faced by Fictiv globally, across commercial, compliance, employment, IP/security, insurance/ risk management, and corporate governance issues. Working closely with the management team, global colleagues, and outside counsel, the Director manages contract and legal compliance, helps develop and implement global policies and procedures, provides research on and coordination of establishing operations in new jurisdictions, and identifies and advises on actual and potential global legal risk and compliance matters. The Director of Legal Affairs reports to the CFO and supervises the Legal Affairs and Operations staff.

Base - $160,000 - $180,000 (depending upon experience)
