Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of HR to join our growing team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the culture of Flexcompute. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our rapid growth, innovation-driven ethos, and vision for the future. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to attract, retain, and engage top talent while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will work closely with our Co-Founders to support our ambitious goals and help build a culture that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with Flexcompute’s vision and rapid growth trajectory.
• Cultivate and nurture a strong company culture that celebrates innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure that HR practices and policies support business objectives and scaling efforts.
• Provide leadership in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Build programs that attract top-tier talent from a wide range of disciplines, ensuring diversity and inclusion remain core values.
• Advise and support leadership on all people-related issues, ensuring a positive, productive, and transparent workplace.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to optimize team performance and ensure a smooth transition as we scale.
• Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, and retention strategies to ensure Flexcompute remains a top destination for talent.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and leadership development throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of building and scaling HR practices in innovative technology companies.

• Extensive experience in company culture building, particularly in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing HR teams while also being a hands-on leader in all aspects of HR operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
• Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within technology-driven, entrepreneurial environments.
• A passion for creating a workplace where people can thrive and grow.
• College Degree
