The Role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Director, a strategic and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving measurable outcomes. If you possess a combination of strategic vision, hands-on execution capabilities, and a proven track record in driving growth within the B2B SaaS space, we encourage you to apply and be part of our dynamic team shaping the future of our company's growth trajectory.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and mentor the SEO/Organic and PPC/Paid teams, providing strategic direction and guidance to drive growth in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on driving qualified leads and accelerating revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and decision-makers.
  • Act as the key liaison between the growth marketing function and the Chief Revenue Officer, country sales, and lead revenue operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with other marketing domains, including brand, product marketing, and communications, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Set ambitious OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the growth marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B SaaS marketing, leveraging insights to innovate and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimise website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, working closely with UX/UI and development teams.
  • Lead and participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights and recommendations to shape the company's overall growth strategy.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels, with hands-on experience developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other marketing domains to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize performance.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious OKRs, focusing on continuous improvement and results.

How we work

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk serves as the platform for human connection in-real-life (IRL). We take an IRL - first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Barcelona or London hubs.
