About the role:
The Director of Growth Marketing Operations sits within the Growth Marketing Team and reports to the EVP of Marketing. This person is responsible for creative analysis and the flow of advertising creative in and out of the Growth Marketing group. Typical work is focused on social media but does require experience and competency with YouTube, email, display, print, copywriting, etc.
The Director of Growth Marketing Operations manages a team of Designers, AdOps specialists and agencies, juggling several projects simultaneously, communicating priorities and next steps in Asana, Figma, and Frame.io. These priorities are based on analyses using Looker, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and various other advertising platforms. The Director of Growth Marketing Operations initiates new creative briefs with agencies (internal and external), acts as editor-in-chief over the concepts and scripts that move through their team, acts as Creative QA and AdOps QA for their groups’ final work, partners with various internal teams on new creative needs, and reports out on this work up and down the organization.
