Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director, Global Talent Acquisition to lead, scale, and execute our hiring strategy across the globe. This role is responsible for building a lean, efficient, and impactful talent acquisition team that can meet the evolving hiring needs of Storable’s diverse, fast-growing workforce. You will oversee hiring across the US, Australia, and India, covering functions such as Sales, G&A, Engineering, Product, and Customer Support. 

As a player-coach, you will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, identifying top talent, and ensuring our recruitment processes are best in class. You’ll drive initiatives like campus events and internship programs in India, technical sourcing in Australia, and scaling sales and G&A teams in the US, while staying small and nimble. 

This role requires a servant leader with a proven track record of leading global recruitment teams, developing scalable talent strategies, and building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders. Operating effectively in a remote environment and in diverse talent markets is key to success in this role. 

What you’ll do every day: 

  • Build and oversee a small but high-performing global talent acquisition team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to TA specialists across different regions.
  • Implement and refine scalable hiring processes, ensuring efficiency in recruitment while maintaining high-quality talent pipelines for Sales, G&A, Engineering, Product, and Customer Support teams. 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy across diverse markets (US, India, Australia), ensuring alignment with Storable’s business objectives and growth plans. 
  • Lead the strategy for Storable’s campus recruitment and internship programs, focusing on growing early talent pipelines in India and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience for interns and campus hires. 
  • Identify and develop new talent markets, particularly for specialized technical roles in Australia and across emerging talent hubs globally, leveraging third-party resources as needed to scale quickly. 
  • Partner closely with People Operations, Hiring Managers, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on hiring needs, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to internal teams.
  • Roll up your sleeves to directly source, recruit, and close top candidates for key roles when necessary, maintaining an active involvement in the hiring process to ensure team success. 
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines and champion D&I initiatives across all hiring efforts, ensuring an inclusive hiring experience that aligns with Storable’s values.
  • Stay informed of global talent trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes, using insights to inform recruitment strategies and identify emerging opportunities in new markets. 

What you need to bring to the table: 

  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3+ years of global recruitment leadership experience, including recruiting across multiple regions such as the US, India, and Australia. 
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale global talent teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong servant leadership mindset, with a focus on team development and collaboration. 
  • Deep understanding of global recruitment best practices, market trends, and experience sourcing talent in diverse markets. Strong knowledge of technical, sales, and G&A recruiting. 
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution as a player/coach. Comfortable managing both big-picture objectives and day-to-day recruiting operations. 
  • Experience building and optimizing scalable talent acquisition processes, leveraging technology and third-party partners to meet hiring needs while maintaining a lean team.
  • Strong experience operating in a fully remote or hybrid work environment, effectively managing global recruitment efforts and remote teams.

$150,000$175,000 USD
