ou're a Sales Powerhouse with Deep ESM Knowledge:
- Proven ability to consistently meet and over-achieve quota and leading sales teams – ideally with experience in activating indirect sales forces within the service management domain.
- You possess a deep understanding of enterprise service management best practices (ITIL, ITSM) and how they translate to real-world business value.
- You're an ESM expert, fluent in the technology's architecture and capabilities. You can explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way that resonates with executives.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with innate curiosity and resilience
- Willingness and appreciation of the sales process including cadence, forecasting and accurate reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. You build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions and driving action
