Director of FP&A

We are looking for a Director, FP&A, to innovate, win, and grow with us.   

Preference for this person to work hybrid if possible (Portsmouth, NH,  Boston, MA or Atlanta, GA) 

Position Summary:  

In this role you will be part of a team which provides FP&A support to the G&A functions supporting the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and CIO. The successful individual will forge strong working relationships with the leadership team and advance the analytic capabilities of the corporate FP&A group.  You’ll be joining a smart, creative, and fast-moving FP&A team, and positioning yourself to have an impact from day one!  

How you’ll contribute:  

• Partner with the business to drive financial success  

• Global reporting, budgeting, and forecasting  

• Build global financial models in anticipation of transition to FP&A tool (Adaptive Planning) 

• Prepare and present financial reports for the C-Suite and executive team members  

• Financial reporting for management and Board of Director meetings 

• Drive and/or support commercial priorities across the business (ex. SaaS excellence, commission planning, capitalized software)  

• Interact daily with our executive team  
• Impact change across the organization  

What will make you successful:  

• Proven track record of working with teams to accelerate change designed to drive efficiency and growth  

• 8+ years of relevant progressive experience, software industry & PE backed experience preferred  

• Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or Accounting  

• Strong background and experience working in the IT/Tech Space (i.e., SaaS, or other tech experience)  

• A strong communicator with analytical skills and the ability to describe complex material  

• Someone who values exceptional attention to detail and accuracy  

• Experience using Adaptive Planning 

• Strong experience utilizing Excel  

• Someone who thrives under deadlines & enjoys the complexity of managing multiple projects  
• Reviews requests effectively and provides solutions
