Director of Finance

As Director of Finance at OnLogic’s European office in Oosterhout, The Netherlands you will report directly to the Global Controller and assist with the leadership of Finance globally. As a finance expert, you will be contributing to the daily accounting, financial strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and compliance in a fast paced environment.

As the Director of Finance, you will be a key person of influence and source of leadership for the finance team and the entire OnLogic organization. On an average day, you'll...

• Look for opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining accounting processes.
• Identify areas of risk and implement mitigation strategies, including but not limited to team structure, workflow, cross-functional collaboration, and system and process changes
• Interact and provide guidance to Management Team members regarding financial matters.
• Participate in key strategic initiatives and assist with other ad hoc projects.
• Support the FP&A function and annual planning process by providing financial data, KPIs, and analysis of revenue and spending.
• Assist with close process to issue timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in all aspects of domestic and international accounting operations.
• Ensure that financial transactions and reporting are in compliance with all relevant government regulations.
• Participate in the daily accounting transaction flow and verify the accuracy of daily activities.

Requirements

•  5+ of overall experience, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
• Strong technical accounting background and a thorough knowledge of US & Dutch GAAP
• CPA or MBA preferred

Benefits

The salary range for this role is € 6.500  to €8.000 per month. We determine final compensation based on conversations with applicants and their experience in similar roles. Besides a base salary we will offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
