Motive is a website platform for franchise auto dealerships. Millions of consumers use our platform every month. - Lead and monitor the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting and accounting policies and procedures
- Act as a primary senior point of contact within the company for internal and external financial and accounting queries

- Oversee local, state, provincial, and federal tax filings
- Administer and manage cap table
- Manage regular 409A valuations
- Interface with our legal team on financial matters
We are looking for someone who has/is:

- Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with investors and board members
- Experienced in managing tax filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Knowledgeable in payroll management and payroll tax compliance
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with great follow-through on initiatives big and small
- Experienced in cap table administration and 409A valuations
