Keystone’s Expert Technology Advisory (ETA) Group is the litigation and regulatory expert arm of the firm, and its Practices. Our ETA Group is a global industry leader and works with top academics from Harvard, Stanford, MIT, top companies like Meta, Epic Games, and top law firms like Skadden, Cooley and others in AmLaw 100.
In this position, we are looking for someone to build and manage a top-notch network of experts while leading a program that delivers a premier experience and concierge service. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic partnerships and relationship management at professional services or law firms, focused on overseeing partnerships and ensuring delivery of exceptional services related to recruiting, onboarding, engaging and offboarding partners and experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Keystone’s Expert Management System to be a world-class expert management program
- Design and implement an end-to-end expert process with a focus on expert experience while balancing operational scalability
- Drive a successful Concierge program in close partnership with Marketing and Relationship Managers
- Act as a primary bridge between Keystone’s Operations team and experts
- Lead expert growth, engagement and impact (e.g. speaker series, whitepapers, etc.)
- Evangelize EMS internally to increase adoption
- Collaborate with other functional teams to generate internal and external reports and marketing collateral
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program management and strategy
- Highly skilled with demonstrated expertise in driving high-impact, high-visibility business initiatives from strategy through execution
- Established ability to build process and drive execution
- Highly data-driven with proven ability to build, synthesize, and deploy metrics to drive consistent improvement
- Superior customer-facing skills with demonstrated ability in expert witness recruitment, engagement, and relationship management
- Highly detail oriented with comfort calling out inefficiencies and gaps
- Expert experience managing customer databases, we use Salesforce
