The Director of Execution is a pivotal leadership role at Mast-Jägermeister, responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of strategies across the sales division. Reporting directly to the VP/GM of Sales, this position will drive excellence in execution through comprehensive oversight and management of key performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving successful execution in a dynamic environment.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Chief of Staff:

·         Manage and own the Division Weekly Call Agenda

·         Develop initial commentary and communicate the Division Weekly/Monthly Execution Scorecard and Leaderboards

Strategic Communication:

·         Prepare and present the Global Flash and BPM reports

·         Develop and communicate control board data selling stories

·         Create and manage the development of the “Master” GSM Deck

 

Performance Management:

·         Set division KPI goals and make recommendations on mid-year adjustments

·         Consolidate TSM Universe Scrub and provide insightful analysis

Innovation, Forecasting & National Account to Local Market Support:

·         Assist markets with innovation, renovation, and VAP forecasting methodology and consolidation

·         Partner with National Accounts Execution Manager to communicate and measure national accounts programming

·         Support local markets with incentive tracking and execution measurement and performance analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI development and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
