About the role
The Director of Enterprise Solution Sales, Korea is a business leadership position, responsible for the overall business health of Appier’s enterprise unit in Korea. You will be responsible for building a robust GTM that aligns and delivers on our expansion and financial goals. You will lead our teams across Korea to promote Appier’s AI-as-a-service products to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Appier’s enterprise suite of solutions
• Build, lead, and scale high-performing enterprise team in Korea and drive performance against the growth targets for the business
• Hire, retain, and ramp up 1) Field sales and 2) Presales team and matrix team management responsibilities for 3)CSM team
• Deliver on financial metrics across Signings, Revenue and Renewals
• Act as the regional point of contact to C-level and other senior executives, aligning on company goals and priorities, as well as communicating corporate messaging to regional team members
About you
[Essential]
• At least 12 years of experience from a SaaS/Software company, with a track record of sales overachievement across multiple years
• High motivation and energy with demonstrated ability to execute, and make things happen
• Demonstrated record of career success
• Experience and success in mid-sized SaaS companies will be looked upon favorably
• Regional experience is a plus
• Broad understanding of the Martech, analytics, and B2B SaaS marketplaces, strong industry contacts, and the ability to respond quickly to critical business issues
