We are seeking a Director of Digital Biomarker Development to provide leadership and strategic direction to our Data Science R&D team, a passionate group of biomedical engineers with deep experience in data science, signal processing, and machine learning who are responsible for developing digital biomarker algorithms based on physiological data collected by wearable sensors. In this role, you will both provide technical guidance for individual projects and establish priorities across the full portfolio of research and development activities. You will be accountable for ensuring that development and validation processes are scientifically rigorous, and that deliverables meet requirements for medical-grade products. This is a highly collaborative position involving routine engagement with senior management, and with technical leaders on Software Engineering, Regulatory, and Hardware teams.
