FormAssembly is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the company’s corporate messaging and brand strategy. This role will be instrumental in positioning FormAssembly as the premier form-based data collection platform and building awareness among key enterprise prospects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, thought leadership, and brand advocacy. This position reports to the CMO and serves as a member of the marketing leadership team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Messaging Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive messaging strategy that aligns with FormAssembly’s growth plans, positioning the company as a leader in the data collection industry.
  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to craft and deliver visionary insights on the future of data collection, resonating with key stakeholders, customers, and the broader market.
  • Influencer Marketing: Design and implement a strategic influencer marketing program that engages industry influencers, creators, and advocates, amplifying FormAssembly’s message and expanding brand reach.
  • Unified Communications: Lead a cohesive communication strategy across PR, analyst relations, and internal communications, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging at every touchpoint.
  • Blog: Collaborate with the Growth marketing team to develop and implement a blog strategy that supports corporate and growth strategies.
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and execute an innovative organic social media strategy that strengthens FormAssembly’s brand presence, drives engagement, and fuels growth across key platforms.
  • Customer Success Advocacy: Elevate customer success stories and leverage them to enhance brand advocacy and engagement, highlighting the value FormAssembly brings to its users.
  • Event & Speaking Strategy: Partner with Field Marketing to shape the event strategy and proactively secure speaking engagements for FormAssembly’s thought leaders.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand integrity across all materials and platforms, ensuring FormAssembly’s visual identity and messaging are both consistent and impactful, reflecting the company’s leadership in the market.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to continuously refine FormAssembly’s messaging, ensuring it resonates with evolving market needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic communications, brand marketing, or a related field, with a focus on corporate messaging and thought leadership at the enterprise level.
  • Proven experience in leading brand management efforts and developing corporate communications strategies for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience working closely with C-level executives to shape and articulate brand narratives and corporate messaging strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing, social media strategy, PR, and AR, with measurable success in driving brand awareness and engagement.
  • Experience with customer reference marketing, managing case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories.
  • Experience in event strategy and public speaking engagements, with a strong network in relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to align communications, marketing, and brand strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Strong experience in storytelling and thought leadership, with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendor relationships.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
