Ceribell is a fast-growing MedTech company dedicated to revolutionizing patient care through innovative medical technologies. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development Representatives (BDR) to lead our BDR team and drive revenue growth.
Position Summary:
The Director of BDR will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team of BDRs. You will develop and implement strategic outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales development, a deep understanding of the MedTech industry, and a passion for coaching and developing talent.
