We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of our brand strategies, as we grow our retail landscape. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, retailer partnership, consumer trends, and marketing strategies that underpin both DTC and B2B. The Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, equity, and growth across owned and retail channels.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive brand criteria to ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand's identity and values
- Serve as the brand's primary guardian, safeguarding the brand's image and ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications
- Work closely with Founder and CEO, Trinny Woodall to shape and deliver the brand's vision, ensuring all brand pieces resonate with the overarching brand strategy
- Create, refine, and enforce detailed brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards across all touchpoints
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across product development, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Oversee the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify new product opportunities and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to anticipate changes and adapt brand strategies accordingly.

- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of brand initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
