THE TEAM
The Growth team is responsible for scaling the organization through marketing and advertising. We are the engine that brings the company new customers in order to make ALL the dogs happy. Our team is close-knit - we like to have fun and joke around, and we're often found nerding out on consumer behavior. WHO WE’RE SNIFFING FOR
We are sniffing around for a dog & consumer-centric, entrepreneurial Director of Growth - Amazon who shares our dedication to making all dogs happy and has proven experience in delivering world-class growth. This pivotal role involves shaping the future of Bark’s Marketplaces, developing marketing and growth strategies to enhance our product offerings, building awareness, reach, and scale. The ideal candidate is an expert in Sponsored Advertising, DSP, and Video, with a proven track record in managing budgets and complex catalogs. You will contribute to the strategy and execution of on- and off-platform paid media, collaborating with external agency partners to achieve marketing and sales goals. You will initiate and manage campaigns to enhance search engine visibility and drive shoppers to Amazon using paid tactics like paid social, search, display, retargeting, shopping, influencers, affiliates and Connected TV. The base salary range for this position is $155,000-$240,000
This position is eligible for equity
**This compensation range is based on BARKs good faith estimate as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future. Actual pay for this position will depend on a variety of variables including location, travel, internal equity, experience, education, skills and expertise.
