The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for building, overseeing and optimizing our lead management and funnel processes to convert prospects into customers. This role leads the charge on the marketing team's tech stack and serves as the primary owner of the marketing automation platform, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the platform to support marketing operations and campaigns. 

The ideal candidate has strong experience architecting and scaling marketing automation systems and processes. This person has a proven record of working collaboratively with GTM operations to monitor, automate and solve blockers in sales and marketing handoff. This is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has successfully managed large-scale projects, and understands how platforms can be configured and enhanced.

How you’ll have an impact:

  • Own and manage all aspects of prospect scoring, routing, and enrichment
  • Coordinate with sales operations and web team to ensure successful system and process integration with other departments and Salesforce.com
  • Manage the lead progression process, and provide recommendations and enhancements as needed
  • Troubleshoot lead flow volume, respond to marketing business operational needs, and proactively monitor systems
  • Ensure seamless integration between sales and marketing for effective lead handoff
  • Maintain and manage our marketing automation platform , including various system integrations into our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Assist with and provide insights to optimize our database (including new data sources, enrichment, deduplication, data hygiene, and segmentation) across our different systems (CRM, Marketing Automation).
  • Manage data hygiene, list management and administration of the marketing automation platform and collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to improve data transfers across CRM technologies.
  • Oversee the lead data's quality assurance and hygiene from capture to storage, ensuring the highest standards of data management.
  • Manage our marketing technology stack and identify opportunities to enhance and consolidate to maximize impact and usage.
  • Scale and mentor a team of talented marketing operations experts

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of expertise using a marketing automation platform
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of marketing operations experts
  • Experience integrating other technologies to the marketing automation platform and customizing those integrations to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC), specifically with lead management.
  • Experience with Martech stack (LeanData, Salesforce, 6Sense etc.)

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$176,000$264,000 USD
