As part of the Performance Marketing organization, Marketing Experimentation is a key leadership position implementing the development and roll out of world class performance marketing capabilities. This individual possesses a deep understanding of marketing analytics, testing, measurement and strategic insights. In addition, he has spent time within the marketing science / measurement teams of one of the big global ad publishers like Meta, Google or Amazon.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the Experimentation team providing technical expertise, road maps, workflow process management and prioritization
- Champion experimentation across the biggest publishers and channels for performance marketing driving data science programs and capabilities with the objective of delivering incremental ROI on money spent
- Work cross functionally with senior management across the company to drive alignment with objectives and work streams
- Grow capabilities and influence of the team with constantly delivered ROI
- Lead in-depth analysis and presentation of insights to various teams and drive changes in measurement and attribution
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of leading Marketing Science, Experimentation or Insights at one of the top three global publishers / platforms
- Expert knowledge of advanced experimentation techniques that drive a high-volume experimentation environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. A highly effective cross communicator in both written and verbal skills
- Extensive client facing and senior leadership presentation experience
- Demonstrated experience in building enterprise roadmap and working with senior leadership to drive alignment.
- Experience with media budget allocation and optimization is necessary.
- Expert and strong record in data management, marketing analytics, advanced statistical methods, and Machine Learning techniques.
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in an analytical field is a plus (Economics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics)
- Experience in the ad or marketing tech industry, or a market research company a plus.
