Our Marketing Team
Dun & Bradstreet’s award-winning Marketing Department focuses on implementing modern technology, data & analytics, messaging and content to create the experiences our customers want to generate demand and enable our sales teams. Our marketing organization includes all aspects of B2B marketing including brand, messaging, PR & communications, field marketing, digital, demand creation; alliance marketing, events marketing, and customer analytics & insight.
The Role
The Regional Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Central European market. This role requires a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. As a member of the global Marketing team, you will be at the heart of the engine that drives marketing programs.

This is an ideal position for a strategic thinker who can communicate ideas and stories in a compelling manner, is comfortable in front of executives and customers, collaborates well with sales and other internal stakeholders, is comfortable working in a global matrix environment, and has a proven track record of leading execution of complex marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives to drive brand growth, market penetration, and lead generation in Central Europe.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, events, content, etc.) to generate leads and enhance brand presence.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the marketing budget for the region, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
- Work closely with global marketing teams, sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for regional marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, using key metrics and KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and execute customer engagement programs to enhance relationships and drive customer loyalty. Tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of the Central European market.
Requirements
- Track record in the data and analytics industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Central European market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage cross-functional projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Comfort and experience working in a modern, global, high-matrixed environment where global programs must be balanced with local strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Relationships
- The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, International with matrix reporting to Central European Regional Director. The role also sits on the Central European Leadership Team.
