Responsibilities:
·       This position operates within the Saviynt LABS, with a specific focus on innovation and ensuring technological excellence in our software products.
·       Take the lead in recruiting and motivating our Product Design Labs engineering team.
·       Work closely with a co-located or closely located team tasked with developing intricate modifications to the core platform, microservices, and new applications.
·       Refine product requirements and use cases into a software roadmap and scrum-level deliverables.
·       Collaborate with the architecture group to re-engineer core product features for improved resilience
·       Develop scalable solutions that enable self-service and seamless integration for customers and third-party partners.
·       Concentrate on stabilization efforts to ensure high resilience in core software modules and clear interfaces for connectors and integrations.
·       Construct software solutions with user-centric support as a fundamental aspect.
·       Collaborate internally to identify and achieve our net retention targets and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
·       Establish a feedback loop and provide insights on prioritization to the Product and Development teams, acting as an extended member of the leadership team.
·       Be highly process and data-driven to analyze incoming issue patterns and proactively address peak periods, such as during new release upgrades.

What you Bring
 
§  Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience is must
§  Possess 15+ years of software engineering and innovation experience managing multiple releases concurrently.
§  Demonstrate at least 8 years of experience as a people manager, with a successful track record in leadership and team scaling.
§  Previous experience in creating, nurturing and managing engineering teams.
§  Experience in establishing an Innovation LABS for a product development environment.
§  Experience working for a product development team in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
§  Proficient in hands-on design, design review, mentoring engineers, re-engineering/refactoring modules, and architecting Tech Proof of Concepts (POCs).
§  Capable of effectively collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.
§  Mastery of Agile methodologies, from Jira to deployed software.
§  Experience with SaaS platforms, with a focus on building and operating mindsets.
§  Proficient in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
§  Skilled in building organizational relationships and fostering open communication.
§  Excellent at cross-functional collaboration and adaptable to changing business needs.
§  Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate sound judgment.
§  Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
§  Possess qualities of being smart, analytical, creative, efficient, driven, and tenacious.
§  Strong written and oral communication skills.
§  Experience in leading globally distributed teams.
§  Ability to effectively communicate deep technical concerns to a non-technical audience.
§  Capable of articulating the connections between technical capability and business needs.
§  Strong self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
§  Prior experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Governance/ PAM domain is a plus.
