Director, HR Business Partner

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this key leadership role will be at the heart of shaping talent and organizational strategies that fuel our rapid growth and innovation. Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of business trends and the foresight to align HR strategies with company goals.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills, able to balance immediate needs with long-term business objectives in a disciplined and thoughtful way.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, remaining adaptable, calm, and solutions-oriented in the face of constant change.

Base Compensation Range: $220,000 - $250,000
*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
