Director: Display Advertising (L7-1/L7-2)
As a Director, Display Advertising in Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing Display & Programmatic Channel spends within a specific business unit or organization.
This will include but will not be limited to setting up and driving performance campaigns across publishers like Facebook, Google, Criteo and other local DSPs and Ad exchanges. You will be expected to run the complete operations of a multi-million-dollar portfolio including creative optimization, AB testing, Ad automation and bidding. You will be supported by an expert ad ops and analytical team.
Responsibilities:
Scaling up and optimizing multi-million dollar spends across Display, Paid Social, Programmatic and Ad exchanges Lead automation, creative and budget optimization strategies to meet business goals Build best practices that can be adopted by other businesses / markets within the Coupang eco-system Work with product teams to drive landing page conversion improvements Work with data science and machine learning teams to build scale solutions around feed management, improve coversion via personalization & recomendations
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, etc. Led a team of 10+ professionals First principal, data driven problem solver Strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. Ability to “Dive Deep” in data, and at the same time ability to “Simplify” the narattive using data driven arguments. Hands on experience in bidding, setting up DSPs, working on demand / supply side, optimizing campaigns across publishers like FB and Google and automation. Good stakeholder management with multiple internal (Finance, Analytics, Product, Engineering) & external stakeholders (C-level executives of publishers)
