Director, Global Sales - Casino & Virtual Games

OVERVIEW:

Sportradar, a leading digital international sports business is currently looking to recruit an experienced sales leader to grow our Casino and Virtual Games business.

Sportradar is a worldwide leader in sports data and audiovisual services for bookmakers. Over the course of the last year Sportradar significantly expanded its range of Gaming products & services utilizing our RGS to offer 3rd party supplier content, our own personalization engine as well as supporting brands in building exclusive content. We are well established in offering our market leading Virtual sports products and in 2023 we will be offering customers a full range of exciting casino content, from numerous suppliers. This gives us access to customers Sportsbook and Casino and offers massive value to them

This role will report directly to the VP Global Sales, SBK & Casino and will be responsible to manage a dedicated sales team for Casino & Virtual Sports

 

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Lead, manage and grow a dedicate sales team for Casino &  by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
  • Manage high-level relationship to Tier 1 clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure the proper use of CRM (SalesForce) and tools to track performance
  • Leading the team and inspiring high performance
  • Establish and build strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
  • Monitor & analyse sales performance and implement strategies for improvement where needed
  • Monitor market trends and providing regular competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs e
  • Both domestic and international travel is required for internal and client meetings

YOUR PROFILE:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Expertise in sales and marketing, with demonstrated success pitching new business and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Understanding of the iGaming and sports betting eco-system
  • A broad international network of iGaming partners would be a great plus
  • Passionate about sports
