What's Exciting About the Role

Verifone is seeking a Director of Field and Partner Marketing, North America Financial Institutions to lead how we engage ISOs, ISVs, distributors, banks and acquirers, and resellers across the region. This role plays a central part in shaping how Verifone shows up with partners and in the field, driving demand, enabling sellers, and bringing our payments story to life in North America.

This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and hands-on ownership. You will step into an environment with strong momentum and significant opportunity, where processes and structure are still being established. Success in this role requires comfort operating with limited guidance, building from first principles, and driving work all the way from strategy through execution.

You will be responsible not only for defining field and partner marketing strategy, but also for personally executing campaigns, programs, and activations. If you are energized by rolling up your sleeves, moving quickly, and owning outcomes without relying on a large supporting team, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact.

This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our offices in Atlanta, GA, Clearwater, FL, or New York City, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead North America field and partner marketing strategy across Financial Institutions and related partner segments, operating as the primary owner from planning through execution.
  • Design and execute high-impact GTM campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and revenue, including events, field activations, and partner-led programs.
  • Partner closely with sales to deliver enablement, co-branded campaigns, launch support, and meaningful participation in QBRs and partner engagements.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, regional events, partner sponsorships, and field programs with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Create polished presentations and materials to support partner, sales, and executive communications.
  • Personally manage and execute campaign workflows, including timelines, content coordination, and go-live readiness.
  • Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously refine programs to improve impact and efficiency.
  • Leverage global initiatives and adapt them for the North America market, while providing feedback and insights to inform broader strategy.

Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of marketing experience, with strong expertise in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven success operating as a senior individual contributor with end-to-end ownership of programs and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing motions in environments with limited structure or established process.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems such as ISOs, ISVs, distributors, banks and acquirers, or resellers.
  • Highly self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working without a large supporting team.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Experience building and sending campaigns in Pardot and reviewing or routing leads in Salesforce is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • FinTech or Payments industry experience is highly preferred.
