The Opportunity:

Rimes is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of world-class, integrated field marketing campaigns that directly contribute to the company’s success. The candidate will bring a strong vision for aligning marketing tactics – events, demand generation, content and account-based marketing, etc. – to maximize campaign results.

What you will do:

  • Collaboration: Partner with Product and Solutions Marketing to create a cohesive marketing plan that supports Rimes’ commercial strategy, Sales priorities and Product roadmaps.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: In collaboration with Demand Generation and Marketing Ops, deliver a multi-channel campaign cadence that delivers on the marketing plan and effectively exceeds targets for client engagement, lead generation and other metrics.
  • Event Leadership: Oversee the global event team and own the end-to-end strategy and execution of virtual and in-person events, including owned events, executive roundtables, industry events, partner events, and more. Plan and manage all event marketing activities, setting targets in alignment with objectives, measuring success, and communicating milestones and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Creative Impact: Lead the development and execution of an effective creative strategy that will elevate Rimes’ brand at events both large and small.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all event logistics, including executive preparation, space allocation, vendor management, risk minimization, staffing, merchandise, signage, and ongoing communications.
  • Integrated Marketing: Oversee pre-event marketing and post-event attendee follow-up to maximize results and integrate with or complement quarterly demand generation and content programs.
  • Performance Analytics: With support from Marketing Operations, measure, analyze, and report on the ROI of all field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with budget and marketing objectives.

Who you are:

  • Extensive experience in field marketing, event management and experiential marketing, preferably in the B2B, financial services, and enterprise technology spaces
  • Proven ability managing a variety of event formats, from exclusive closed-door executive events to large-scale conferences and exhibitions, and everything in between
  • Excellent communication and executive presence and the ability to work with C suite executives to produce and deliver world-class events
  • Significant expertise working in both virtual/digital and in-person event environments, with in-depth knowledge of managing internal and external production teams
  • Experience using the latest event technologies, including streaming platforms, registration and participant management platforms, agenda management tools, recording and editing tools, event promotion tools, project and resource management tools, and tools for live event engagement (polls, Q&As, etc.)
  • Adept with use of Pardot, Salesforce, or similar MAT and CRM systems.
  • Skillful at working cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Thrive on teamwork and creatively overcoming obstacles
  • Excellent PowerPoint and narrative storytelling skills

Salary Range:

  • $150,000 to $200,000
