Director, Existing Seller and Category Management
Major Responsibility:
- Strategize Existing Seller and Category management to embed with company’s long term vision:
- Form and lead a seasonal existing seller management team:
change management effectively.
- Build effective category management approach and phenomenal seller success
- Establish internal partnership in driving changes, removing roadblocks and increasing impact of the CN business
Basic Qualification:
- 10+ years of work experience in Fashion industry (at least 8 years in Ecommerce) , preferably in the category merchandise management and seller management roles
- Demonstrated records in exceeding marketing/business development/sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Exceptional communication, influencing skills and relationship management
- Experienced in heading a fast growing team and be agile on organizational changes
- A result-driven leader but also has good balance in people sense with compassion
- Mix of strategic thinking and demand excellence in hands-on operation with data-driven approach
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity with growth and positive mindset
Preferred Qualification
- MBA degree preferred
- Experience in Global e-commerce and/or retail industry
- Proven ability to influence others
- Ability to work with legal, product and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreement
