Successful candidates will have a proven record for shipping products customers love, driving engineering excellence, and leading teams. They have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify problems and implement simple solutions that scale. They have a growth mindset and get excited about multi-year opportunities. This role is essential in creating a strong engineering culture that insists on high standards and shipping products. This role will require hands-on coding for the first 6 months. Following that time, this leader will be expected to be hands-on as needed. You will be joining a team of 70+ engineering professionals and will report directly to our team’s VP of Engineering.
