As a leader within our global Data team, you will manage the data warehouse, integrations, and BI tools for Navan. You will work closely with stakeholders across Analytics, Finance, Product, and Engineering, supporting our global Travel and Expense businesses. You will help define our data systems and build ‘data as a product’ for a rapidly maturing company. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in developing and maintaining performant data systems, from ingestion, integrations, and pipelines, to warehouses and orchestration. This leader will also leverage a strong business acumen to interpret data and make a difference every day. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a fast moving, fast-growing company; you should be able to go hands-on when necessary, while also driving a long term plan to up-level team processes and performance. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
