Director, Data Operations:
As the leader of Trade Operations for international markets, you will have the opportunity to innovate, develop, and deliver on our global data strategy. Through direct and matrix reports, you will join a team that is leading the charge for how D&B manages data surrounding corporate credit risk and evolving our methods for providing best in-class insights. You will be responsible for the oversight and daily management of both cross-functional and internal projects that involve designing and building enterprise data for the organization.
As a Director of Trade Operations, you’ll:
- Lead a team of data experts and program managers to standardize data through the creation of new efficient operational processes
- Evolve the team’s data capture methods to make use of new technologies in the industry
- Guide and coach your members of the team with respect to their personal and professional aspirations, providing critical feedback to coach them along their paths
- Work with colleagues to create and develop a multinational organizational structure for maintaining our data assets
- Deliver on all strategic and tactical objectives that you help set for our department while collaborating with various global teams to bring the best data products to our customers
Your profile:
- You will hold a bachelor’s degree from a business program or in computer science, information technology, data management or other relevant discipline
- You will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Data Management with at least 3 years of experience leading a data and/or technical team
- You have excellent communication, collaborative and relationship building skills. Relate how you’ve shown judgment when communicating with different levels, backgrounds, and stakeholders within the organization
- You have a transformation mindset, have a track record of successfully navigating and collaborating within complex matrixed organizations, and having discussions with key stakeholders and senior leadership
