Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy & Implementation: Oversee the strategy and execution of customer marketing initiatives, including events, ABM cross-sell programs, Customer Advisory Boards, and more, guaranteeing smooth execution across diverse channels.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Rollout engagement touchpoint strategies across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to retention, and advocacy to build long-lasting customer relationships. 
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize data-driven insights to segment customers effectively and tailor marketing efforts to specific customer groups, driving personalized experiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop impactful customer-driven content for integrated cross-sell campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the performance of customer marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for customer marketing activities, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the customer marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer marketing, incorporating relevant innovations into strategies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Present regular reports and updates on the performance of customer marketing initiatives to senior management, communicating successes, challenges, and recommendations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated background spanning 7-10 years in leadership positions focused on growth marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, or other roles related to demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Experience sourcing and developing case studies, testimonials, and other customer-centric content.
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing successful ABM programs that drive revenue growth. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first approach, constantly looking for innovative ways to engage and celebrate our customer community. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communications. An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
