The Account Executive Role expands existing and identifies new relationships and/or contracts with enterprise clients, through best-in-class application of service and commercial skill sets. The Account Executive works consultatively with enterprise clients to assist in solving their most complex talent challenges by selling new solutions and mapping growth opportunities across accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a territory of existing enterprise accounts, partnering with the Client Director Team to identify areas for expansion within the existing contract by identifying new buying centers in the organization
- Work in a territory of new enterprise accounts to identify and prospect potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities in partnership with the Business Development Team
- Establish the value of ExecOnline offerings to new and existing clients by identifying their unique pain points or business challenges and then demonstrating how our products can solve those issues
- Partner with the Client Director Team to surface cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Develop an annual territory plan to achieve annual goal, factoring in expected new business, account growth and detailed client information (e.g., client pain-points) to map required solutions and products
- Maintain a robust pipeline and forecast report in Salesforce that is both timely and accurate, to be compiled by the Commercial Leadership Team regularly
- Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and Management to share feedback from clients to inform product offerings and shape the product roadmap

At ExecOnline, we are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$135,000. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, team equity, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate. Sales roles, like this role, will also be eligible for a performance-based incentive plan.
