We are on the hunt for a customer-obsessed Director of Corporate Marketing, focused on elevating brand awareness and trust within our target market. You will do this by expanding our customer marketing capabilities, crafting and leading our content strategy and executing brand marketing campaigns. This role is crafted for a creative powerhouse who is passionate about building a brand narrative that not only resonates and engages but also inspires trust and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a World-Class Team: Develop, coach, and mentor a team of A-player content marketing, design, and customer marketing professionals, inspiring them to produce exceptional work that distinctly sets our brand apart in the marketplace
  • Refine our Corporate Narrative: Leverage market feedback to build on Replicant’s strong brand foundation and define a brand story that builds trust
  • Develop a Customer-Centric Content Strategy: Create and implement a content strategy that cuts through the noise with innovative, insightful, content assets that bring customer outcomes to life
  • Scale Our Customer Marketing Function: Take charge of our customer marketing efforts, developing a holistic program that engages the right customers at the right time to ensure we have the references and testimonials needed to support our GTM across key industries and use cases
  • Build a Modern Corporate Communications Function: Craft and execute a modern PR and executive platform strategy designed to build awareness and trust with key influencers who can amplify our message
