PURPOSE
This role is within the North Africa Levant and Pakistan (NALP) Products & Solutions team, whose purpose will be to work with Product, Business Development, and other functions to develop and support clients across Egypt, Sudan and Libya and other NALP markets. Responsibility will include supporting the products and country strategies promoting all products and solutions in the region. With a key focus on premiumization, customer domestic and cross border spends, increase market share, drive VAS growth and initiate & support new product & solutions launch and participate in cross-functional projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key roles and responsibilities for the role span products and solutions, Value-added Services and new payment flows.
A significant element of this role will be the ability to generate thought leadership around consumer products, and requires you to work closely with markets, key issuers and global clients to drive acquisition, profitable usage, payment volume and revenue. This includes, but is not limited to, development of consumer segmentation strategies, customer value proposition, portfolio optimization, upgrades, performance tracking, channel diversification, driving greater cross-border and e-commerce volume.

Role is based in Egypt and may require travel to UAE and within NALP countries.
Develop and manage tools and engagement model for NALP countries.
Reporting Relationships & Interactions
This role is based in Egypt and will report to the Product Solutions Delivery lead for NALP, based in Dubai.
This role will also work very closely with the Country Manager, Business Development Team, the Marketing team and the other cross-functional teams within Visa.
The successful candidate will be expected to interact effectively with all levels of Visa management and Client management and other functions. This position will involve constant interaction and communication with Clients and key Visa stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Professional
• 10 to 15 year’s experience in consumer retail products, preferably with good understanding of credit, debit revenue drivers, portfolio management basics, customer segmentation and product development and digital solutions
• Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and at Visa
• Ability to travel within Egypt and across North Africa Levant and
Pakistan

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation skills
• Solid interpersonal skills, experience in working in cross functional teams.
