Director, Compliance PMO/Training and Awareness

To maintain highest standards of compliance with the laws and policies, it is imperative that the policies are well embedded in the Company’s culture and all the employees are well versed about the Company’s guidelines / standards / expectations from the employees.

Summary of the role: We are looking for an experienced individual to run and manage the Training and Awareness program under Compliance Department. The individual will be responsible for the Compliance Policies awareness and education program. The overall goal of the Compliance Policies awareness and education program is to reduce compliance risk by ensuring that all the employees understand these policies and implement these in their day to day work.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Training

  • Planning and establishment of annual training plans including various compliance topics, establishment of action plans for planned training courses, operation and reporting of results
  • Work with internal teams and / or external vendors as needed to establish / develop / modify / implement the training materials.
  • Accommodate multiple learning styles into course
  • Create a metrics framework that can effectively measure engagement, behaviors, and
  • Define achievable, observable, and measurable learning objectives (skills) into training
  • Monitor and track attendance of the employees to ensure 100% coverage of the employee.

 

2.  Outreach/Awareness

  • Planning and establish the annual compliance awareness programs including various compliance topics, operation and reporting of results.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training, education, and awareness program/activities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed to augment or further strengthen awareness
  • Build Company’s awareness by taking a holistic approach to the Compliance awareness program using electronic messages, posters, newsletters, and printed materials that complement each
  • Work with internal teams and / or external vendors as needed to establish / develop / modify/implement awareness program.

3.  Project management

  • Manage and regularly report on the head count and budget of the compliance
  • Project management and support, including plans and reports on projects and
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and effective communication to ensure accomplishment of the

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in implementation or facilitation of a compliance training awareness program
  • Strong writing skills to design company-wide communication messages, training instructions and others related contents as needed.
  • E-training system experience
  • Ability to work with large sets of data to provide Senior and executive management reporting on Compliance training progress.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address project- related challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business English Skill
  • Hands-on experience with compliance training and awareness
  • Broad knowledge of compliance training and awareness program
  • Group-level training and awareness program operation
