The Job
As the Director of Commercial Enterprise Sales, your primary responsibility will be to generate recurring revenue by landing new service agreements as well as contract renewals for Omnidian’s commercial investor clients. You will be a conduit for customer needs and market intelligence back to the organization. And you will embody Omnidian’s vision, that of being a partner for a sustainable future, in all interactions with clients and prospects. Your leadership will strengthen partnerships and reinforce Omnidian’s role as a trusted advisor to our strategic allies. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Commercial Enterprise Sales.
What You'll Do

Sales
Identify and source new clients within the Commercial Enterprise sector, including developers, owners, IPPs, CRE & REIT and C&I portfolios
Drive awareness and revenue by educating clients on all product offerings, performance assurance solutions and servicesAchieve revenue goals through consultative selling
Develop sales strategies tailored to targeted segments and aligned to Omnidian’s value proposition
Demonstrate process for quickly assessing and prioritizing new prospects
Manage entirety of sales process from prospecting, pricing and proposal to contracting and onboarding phases
Leverage existing network and build industry relationships to continue expanding Omnidian’s growing commercial customer-base Engage in rapid cross-team collaboration with RevenueOps, Client Success, Product, Operations, Software Engineering, Finance and other Senior Leadership to develop expanded scopes that meet market demand
Manage an accurate sales pipeline, provide revenue forecasts, and deliver to growth forecasts utilizing Omnidian’s CRM platform
CRM Hygiene is a must
Strategic Alliance Management
Manage and expand existing relationships that have been transitioned
Maintain and generate new business with existing customers
Ensure and manage client satisfaction
Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with cross-functional teams in order to deliver exceptional results
Conduct quarterly business reviews with mutually agreed upon client touchpoints, Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys and smaller client check-ins as required
Contract Management
Negotiate contract terms and conditions, payment structures and schedules with external parties, while protecting company interests
Manage contracts through internal legal approval channels and meticulously document executed agreements
Clearly communicate contractual entitlements and obligations to internal teams, such as Legal, Operations and Finance
Who You Are

Your ability to nourish authentic and productive relationships generates long-term value for the organization’s clients and partners
Whether seeing new ways existing opportunities could be developed, or finding completely new routes to market, creative thinking is essential for the role
You have a proven, verifiable track record of success in cultivating, negotiating, and closing B2B contracts and years of experience working in a complex sales environment, where multiple people are involved in the purchasing decision and there is a solution-based selling approach
You have strategic vision, can see the big picture and provide role clarity for others by understanding where your role fits in the system.
Experience You'll Need
5 years of experience working in an Enterprise sales environment, where multiple people are involved in the purchasing decision and there is a solution-based selling approach
5+ years experience selling into commercial real estate or working within CRE in a solar/EV/battery or sustainability management related role
Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospect through renewal
Experience Thats a Plus
10 years of sales experience
Understanding of, passion for, or experience in clean or renewable energy
Solar and/or energy storage project developer or asset management experience
