The Director, Codes and Standards will have an understanding and working experience with technical groups chartered with the development of new Codes and Standards. Responsibilities include attending working group meetings, reviewing proposals, writing comments and reporting on issues that may impact Enphase products. In this role, you will write and review technical papers to explain how Enphase products meet current codes and standards. Interact with inspectors and authorities having jurisdiction to explain how Enphase products are designed, built and certified to meet all relevant codes and standards.
What You Will Do
Write and review technical paper interpreting IEEE, UL, and IEC compliance, and applications of Enphase products into the field
Work with Product Line Marketing, Product Verification, Engineering, and System Engineering to understand the future changes in the codes and standards and any potential impact on Enphase products
Who You Are and What You Bring
Working with standards groups such as, NFPA, UL TC, IEEE WG, etc, to develop new standards
Solid understanding of NEC, IFC, IRC, UL 1741, IEEE 1547, UL 9540/A/B
The base pay range for this position is $180,000 to $235,000 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
