As Limbic’s Director of Client Success you will play a critical role supporting the implementation and ongoing management of Limbic’s customers in the United States. In this role, you’ll bring an entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record for developing accounts and ensuring success in their adoption of novel technology.

What you’ll be doing at Limbic:

  • Design, build and deliver a scalable customer experience from implementation and onboarding through to evaluation and renewal
  • Manage implementation timelines, identify and communicate risks, and suggest proactive mitigation plans to ensure effective adoption and maximise client value
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique challenges and proactively addressing their needs
  • Be the internal customer champion voice, contributing cross-functionally to ensure client feedback and evaluations are incorporated into growth, product and research projects
  • Take charge of monitoring and reporting across client accounts by capturing indicators of success and analysis of trends across qualitative and quantitative data
  • Provide support for internal customers, such as sales and marketing, as new program initiatives launch in the market
  • Surface and enable contracting for upsell/cross sell opportunities
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement in CS, designing metrics and measuring performance to identify areas of improvement and opportunity

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Entrepreneurial with experience in early-stage startups, ideally in mental/behavioral healthcare
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client success/client delivery role
  • Strong account and program management skills with the ability to drill down delivery milestones into a set of prioritized tasks
  • Can do attitude and comfort working simultaneously across a number of projects and clients while maintaining the highest standard of quality at all times
  • Analytical and data driven approach to tracking and improving client success metrics
  • Clinical experience or a deep understanding of clinical workflows among mental health providers in the US
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mission-oriented team player with a desire to be a part of an innovative, fast-growing company
