Director, Campaign Reporting and Analytics

Simulmedia is seeking a seasoned Director of Campaign Reporting & Analytics to build, train and lead a new team of ad campaign reporting, insights & analytics professionals in Ukraine. This role will report to our Operational Excellence lead in the US, and will provide thought partnership to scale our Simulmedia operations. This individual would collaborate with our Ukraine-based Product & Technical teams to communicate feedback on our internal tools & automation, as well as our US-based Client Success & Video Activation teams, for more seamless & integrated workflow & processes. This person will be critical to ensuring the smooth execution of ad campaigns, maintaining high operational standards, and driving the success of our advertising initiatives. We are open to candidates with digital advertising backgrounds who are interested in transitioning to linear & streaming television.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Build, train and manage the campaign insights & analytics teams.
●      Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign operations documentation.
●      Oversee the collection and processing of post-log data, post-campaign reporting, and reconciliation of linear spot discrepancies.
●      Ensure the accurate auditing of traffic instructions and effective management of makegoods.
●      Monitor and analyze delivery trends, providing insights for campaign optimization.
●      Conduct product user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
●      Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and improve processes.

Qualifications:

●      Bachelor's degree, with that degree in a related field a plus (e.g., Business, Marketing, Advertising).
●      At least 5-7 years of experience in ad operations or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
●      Strong leadership and team management skills.
●      Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
●      Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
●      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
●      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●      A keen interest in TV advertising and technology.
●      Fluent in English.
