You will work collaboratively across our GTM, Product, Engineering, and Ops teams on a variety of strategic initiatives with a direct and quantifiable impact on our P&L. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Grow and lead a high-performance Business Operations team, with a focus on hiring, training, and mentorship
  • Exercise sound business judgment to prioritize and evaluate new product and go-to-market strategies, with an eye toward long-term value creation
  • Work across teams to engage with project partners to understand, scope and implement operational improvements or perform analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Execute on those recommendations until you’ve achieved the desired outcome

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of senior Business Operations leadership experience
  • 10+ years of strategy experience, with at least 2+ years relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, or related professional services fields
  • Proven experience developing and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can work both independently and collaboratively, often to tight deadlines
  • Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly to a high-growth, fast paced environment while thinking strategically
  • Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Prior experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • A highly entrepreneurial “roll up your sleeves” mentality
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
