As a Director, Business Development, you will help build our customer portfolio towards large payments & tech players as well as smaller startups. You will work closely with both existing accounts together with those account teams to introduce new and innovative solutions and identify new potential customers where you drive the end-to-end relationship. You will be a crucial member of the team and will help to design and execute the team’s sales and growth strategy. As an expert in open banking, you will challenge, guide and lead our client’s transformation in terms of user onboarding and account-to-account payments. You will take ownership of a pipeline and drive large deals to the finish line while meeting the financial plan, and continuously collaborate with account managers and the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition into implementation and account management.
Furthermore, you will work closely with our Product, Solutions, Strategy and Marketing teams as well as existing account teams to ensure successful sales. To be successful in this role you will need to be an expert in stakeholder management on different levels across the organization, in a global environment. In this role, you need to be a strong networker with the ability to be a trusted advisor to our customers. You will be a part of selling solutions to some of the largest financial institutions in the world to drive innovation for consumers to create the next generation of financial services.
Responsibilities
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 143,700 to 225,400 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
