As the Director, Analytics you will oversee analytics team efforts to provide data-driven solutions – including advanced analytics, integrated data solutions and insights – with the objective of optimizing media performance across digital and non-digital channels.  This is a client-facing management role with the responsibility to help establish a brand’s overall measurement strategy and subsequently manage the appropriate resources across reporting, data science and partner teams to implement the strategy. 

You will deliver important capabilities and communicate associated business benefits to a range of clients. You will work cross-departmentally with a refined understanding of the role of data in the media and marketing space.  Additionally, you will have experience within a matrixed organization and comfort with a lean operating environment that uses automation. You will report to the SVP, Analytics.

WE WELCOME REMOTE CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE US.

  • You will oversee development of an overall analytics strategy on behalf of the client.  You will have responsibilities across a single client with multiple brands and require leading coordination across on-boarding, data integration, reporting, measurement, advanced analytics, insight development, forecasting and partner identification.
  • You will lead strategic data and analytics efforts to identify trends and opportunities; ensure insights are communicated to other teams and integrated into strategic discussions with clients.
  • You will operationalize the strategic plans and ensure the understanding of daily actions with approved strategies.
  • You will understand challenges and produce relevant solutions that allow decision-making by delivering insights on measurements, drivers of trend, and lead to relevant plans.
  • You will be the primary point of engagement with clients, channel delivery teams, and Client Service teams to lead data and insights plans.
  • You will be the primary lead in preparation of executive level presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • You will manage staff in their efforts to support Client Services and Products and Services, focusing on professional and personal development
  • You will stay current on industry trends, developments in methodologies and technologies
  • You will have experience developing data strategies for complex clients in the both digital and non-digital media
  • You will communicate complex data challenges and insights to an executive level audience is a critical qualification
  • You will have at least 4 years of team management experience
  • You will have experience with achievement in the management of teams in a data-driven agency environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
