Catilas Resources Limited is currently seeking professional and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents for a leading commercial bank in Nigeria. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to prospective customers. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Identify potential customers and reach out to them through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers
- Close sales and achieve customer acquisition goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to support overall sales objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Availability to travel as needed
