What you’ll do @Omnisend:
- Develop and optimize direct marketing campaigns across email, in-app, and SMS channels
- Implement customer segmentation strategies to create personalized marketing initiatives for distinct audience groups
- Develop effective and targeted written content in English for the Product Communication team
- Stay informed on direct marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure consistency across all communications
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Support company growth initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed
We expect that you’ll bring:
- 2+ years experience in direct marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for selling ideas through creative and innovative storytelling – writing samples are required
- Experience in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Understanding of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies
